The registered office address of all entities is Studio 403, 203-213 Mare Street, London, E8 3LY, with company numbers Fronted Holding Ltd 12278750, Fronted Loans Ltd 12307305, Fronted Ltd 12304059.
1.2 Fronted Loans Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") under the Financial Services Register, reference number 933316 under a consumer credit licence. Fronted Ltd is authorised and regulated by the FCA under the Financial Services Register, reference number 933317 under a broking licence. 2.2 References in these Terms to the Site includes the following app: Fronted, website: www.fronted.rent and all associated web pages.
2.3 You should read these Terms carefully before using the Site.
2.4 By accessing or using the Site or otherwise indicating your consent, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the documents referred to in them.
2.5 If you do not agree with or accept any of these Terms, you should stop using the Site immediately.

3.4 We may prevent or suspend your access to the Site if you do not comply with any part of these Terms, any terms or policies to which they refer or any applicable law.
5.1 We own the Site and all intellectual property rights in it, including but not limited to any Content. Intellectual property rights mean rights such as: copyright, trademarks, domain names, design rights, database rights, patents and all other intellectual property rights of any kind whether or not they are registered or unregistered (anywhere in the world). We reserve all of our rights in any intellectual property in connection with these Terms - which means, for example, that we remain owners of them and free to use them as we see fit.
5.2 Nothing in these Terms grants you any legal rights in the Site other than as necessary to enable you to access the Site. You agree not to adjust to try to circumvent or delete any notices contained on the Site (including any intellectual property notices) and in particular in any digital rights or other security technology embedded or contained within the Site.
5.3 Trademarks: “Fronted” is our trademark (trademark number UK00003447821). Other trademarks and trade names may also be used on the Site. The use of any trademarks on the Site is strictly prohibited unless you have our prior written permission.
6.1 By making an application, you agree and confirm the following:
6.1.1 All the information you have provided is accurate and correct, and you are the person whose details you have provided;
6.1.2 You can enter into a legally binding agreement with us;
6.1.3 You will only use the Site for the purposes envisaged by these Terms and Loan Agreement;
6.1.4 You have provided details of your name, date of birth, current address, the address you are moving to, a copy of your current deposit certificate, your current and new deposit amount, contact number and email address and will notify us immediately if your contact details change;
6.1.5 You are 18 years of age or over and capable of taking responsibility for your actions;
6.1.6 You hold a current account at a UK bank or building society;
6.1.7 You are a resident of the United Kingdom for at least the last six months; and
6.1.8 You meet the minimum credit criteria for the product you’re applying for.
6.3 Once you’ve completed your application, we will:
6.3.2 Arrange for a third party to conduct identity checks;
6.3.3 Assess your application; and
6.3.4 Issue a decision to approve or decline your application.
6.4 We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse to provide any of our services to you.
7.1 If your application for a loan is successful, we will provide you with a user account which allows you to access information regarding your loan.
7.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details, including any passwords or any other piece of information that forms part of our security processes. You must not disclose these to any third party.
7.3 You are responsible for all activity under your account. You authorise us to act on instructions received under your account and we will not be liable for any loss that you might suffer through following such instructions whether by you or another person.
7.4 You agree to inform us immediately if you know or suspect that any of your account information or password has been compromised or are being misused so that we may suspend your account.
7.5 You agree to inform us as soon as possible if any information provided by you or contained in your account changes and/or if you become aware of any errors with respect to your account and/or if you lose access to your account for any reason whatsoever.
8.1 While we try to make sure that the Site is accurate, up-to-date and free from bugs, we cannot promise that it will be. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee that the Site will be fit or suitable for any purpose. Any reliance that you may place on the information on the Site is at your own risk.
8.2 You are responsible for configuring your information technology, passwords, computer programmes and platform to access our Site. You should use your own virus protection software.
8.3 We may suspend or terminate operation of the Site at any time as we see fit.
8.4 Content is provided for your general information purposes only and to inform you about us and our products and news, features, services and other websites that may be of interest. It does not constitute technical, financial or legal advice or any other type of advice and should not be relied on for any purposes.
8.5 While we try to make sure that the Site is available for your use, we do not promise that the Site is accessible at all times nor do we guarantee the uninterrupted use by you of the Site.
8.6 You agree to inform us as soon as possible if any information provided by you or contained in your Fronted account changes and/or you become aware of any errors.
8.7 You must not misuse our Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
9.1 The Site may contain hyperlinks or references to third-party websites other than the Site. Any such hyperlinks or references are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over third party websites and accept no legal responsibility for any content, material or information contained in them. The display of any hyperlink and reference to any third party website does not mean that we endorse that third party’s website, products or services. Your use of a third party site may be governed by the terms and conditions of that third party site.
10.1 Except for any legal responsibility that we cannot exclude in law (such as for death or personal injury) or arising under applicable laws relating to the protection of your personal information, we are not legally responsible for any:
|10.1.1||losses that:||(a)||were not foreseeable to you and us when these Terms were formed; or||(b)||that were not caused by any breach on our part;|

11.1 We shall have no liability to you for any breach of these Terms caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial disputes; breakdown of systems or network access; or flood, fire, explosion or accident.

12.2 Your rights are not transferable to any third party unless agreed with us in advance.
13.1 These Terms are dated 10th March 2022. No changes to these Terms are valid or have any effect unless agreed by us. We reserve the right to vary these Terms from time to time. Our updated Terms will be displayed on the Site and by continuing to use and access the Site following such changes, you agree to be bound by any variation made by us. Where appropriate, you will be notified by email of any significant modifications. It is your responsibility to check these Terms from time to time to verify such variations.
14.1 We will try to resolve any disputes with you quickly and efficiently.
14.2 If you are unhappy with us please contact us as soon as possible. You can find details of our Complaints procedure here.
14.3 If you and we cannot resolve a dispute using our complaint handling procedure, we will:
|14.3.1||let you know that we cannot settle the dispute with you; and|
|14.3.2||give you specific information required by law about our alternative dispute resolution provider. In such circumstances that you feel your complaint has not been dealt with to your satisfaction, you have the right to take your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman. If you have not received a final response letter from us within eight weeks of raising your complaint, or the final response letter has been received but is not satisfactory to you, you will need to bring your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman within six months. You can contact the Financial Ombudsman at The Financial Ombudsman Service, Exchange Tower, London, E14 9SR or by calling them on 0800 023 4567.|
14.4 If you want to take court proceedings, the relevant courts of the United Kingdom will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to these Terms.
